Wendy A. Siwek

SPENCER: Wendy A. (Fredette) Siwek, 70, died Saturday, September 21st in St. Vincent Hospital of Worcester.She leaves a daughter, Stephanie A. Plante and her husband Kevin of Rutland, a sister, Julia E. Berry of Leicester, a brother, Ray O. Fredette, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Spencer, and 3 grandchildren: Sebastian, Natalie and Michael.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Ray & Natalie (Albro) Fredette. Wendy was a graduate of David Prouty High School in Spencer.
She worked as a surgery scheduling secretary at the former Hahnemann Hospital and UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. She enjoyed taking walks, being with her dog and going to the beach.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 10th at 1:00 P.M. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Spencer. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made to the
