Wilfred P. Brousseau, Sr.

GILBERTVILLE: Wilfred P. Brousseau, Sr.,80, died on Friday, September 22 with his family by his side.

He leaves his two sons; Wilfred P. "Bill" Brousseau, Jr. and his significant other Dawn Reeks of Spencer, Christopher J. Brousseau and his wife Laurie of Oakham, a daughter Bonnie L. Currie and her husband Darrell of Webster, 9 grandchildren; Patrick, Felicia, Mark, Michael, Jennifer, Natasha, Nicole, Andrew & Christi, 14 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Norma H. (Shepardson) Brousseau, who died in 2018 and his son Mark J. Brousseau, who died in 1985. He was a long-time self-employed truck driver.

He was born in Haverhill, son of Phillip and Viola (Russell) Brousseau. He thoroughly enjoyed taking long drives anywhere and was a fan of Elvis. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 4 at 12:00 p.m. in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leicester. The MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester is assisting with arrangements.
