Yvonne A. Benoit

LEICESTER: Yvonne A. (Dalbec) Benoit,88, of 51 Woodland Rd., in the Cherry
Valley section of Leicester, died Thursday, Jan. 12 at home.
She leaves a son Daniel L. and his wife Betsy-Lynn Benoit with whom she
lived, a brother Joseph"Edgar" and his wife Gail Dalbec of Auburn, a sister
Bella and her husband George Duquette of Worcester, a grandson Francis N.
Benoit of Leicester, several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by three
brothers Roland, Conrad and Rosario Dalbec.
Born in Rumford, Me., she was the daughter of Adolphe and Georgianna
(Chenard) Dalbec. She was affectionately known to her family as "The Lady in
Pink".
The funeral will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14 from the MORRISON-MORIN
FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Pius X
Church, 1153 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County
Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Friday, Jan. 13 from 4 to 7p.m.
