Paul E. Collette

EAST BROOKFIELD: Paul E. Collette, born in Worcester, MA on February 23, 1944, passed away peacefully
on July 17, 2025, surrounded by his wife, stepdaughters, and granddaughters after a brief illness.
Paul leaves his wife; Sharon L. (Brown) Collette of East Brookfield, with whom he shared 40
years of love and companionship. He leaves his stepchildren Kenneth Arnold, Tracey
Davenport, Robin Ingman, Amy White, Rae Quigley, Maranda Arnold and their families.
His nieces Laureen Sasseville, Jennifer Floury, Traci Ryan, and his nephew Bradley
Hatt, along with their families. His memory and stories that shaped his life will be
carried forward by his family.
He is reunited in peace with his parents, Emile and Sylvia Collette; his sisters, Diane
and Carmen; and his stepson Nathan Arnold.
Paul was a graduate of David Prouty High School, and later earned his Barber's
License, he spent most of his career as a machinist and retired from Reed Roll Die and
Thread Co. in Holden, MA. In retirement, he returned to barbering in Spencer and
Worcester for a short time.
Paul's faith anchored his life, and he was a devoted Catholic and longtime member of
St. John's Parish in East Brookfield. Paul found joy in tackling home improvement
projects or simply relaxing with Sharon and their cherished dogs.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, July 27th.
from 3-4 pm in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terrace,
Spencer, MA. There will be a funeral service in Paul's honor directly following the calling
hours at 4 pm. The family will gather privately for the graveside service and burial.
